Eligibility to Place an Order

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

Product Information

If HangerOnRs manufactures a product correctly using information submitted or approved by the customer, an error contained in the customer's submitted information is not considered a HangerOnRs manufacturing error.

If you notice a mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.

Changes are not guaranteed once production has begun.

Proofs and Customer Approvals

For certain custom products, HangerOnRs may provide a design proof or request customer approval before manufacturing.

If a proof is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing the proof carefully before approving it.

Approval indicates that the customer has reviewed the personalization, layout, wording, spelling, and other visible design elements presented for approval.

Production may begin after approval is received.

If production is delayed because we are waiting for required information or approval from the customer, the expected production or delivery schedule may also be delayed.

Customer-Submitted Photographs, Logos, Artwork, and Other Content

When you submit a photograph, logo, artwork, design, phrase, trademark, image, or other content for use on a custom product, you represent that you have the right or authorization necessary for HangerOnRs to use that content to produce your order.

You must not submit content that unlawfully infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

By submitting content for the purpose of creating your product, you give HangerOnRs permission to reproduce, resize, crop, position, convert, print, engrave, or otherwise process that content as reasonably necessary to manufacture and fulfill your order.

This permission is limited to activities reasonably necessary to process, manufacture, fulfill, document, or resolve issues relating to your order unless you separately give us permission for another use.

HangerOnRs may decline a customization request when we reasonably believe the submitted material cannot lawfully or appropriately be used.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the HangerOnRs website and original content created by HangerOnRs—including original graphics, product designs, photographs, branding, text, logos, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to HangerOnRs and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design, digital file, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property associated with that product.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit HangerOnRs-owned website content or original designs without permission, except as otherwise permitted by law.

Custom Design Requests

Creating a custom physical product for a customer does not necessarily transfer ownership of design files, production files, templates, layouts, manufacturing methods, or other working materials created by HangerOnRs in connection with producing the order.

If a separate agreement specifically provides different ownership or licensing terms, that separate agreement will control.

Production and Shipping

Production and shipping are separate stages.

Custom, personalized, printed, engraved, assembled, or made-to-order products may require production time before they are transferred to the shipping carrier.

Shipping estimates provided by a carrier generally relate to carrier transit time and do not necessarily include manufacturing or processing time.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Eligibility for returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and changes to orders is governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Because personalized and custom products may be manufactured specifically for an individual customer, they may not qualify for ordinary change-of-mind returns once production has begun or after they have been completed.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
